Sponsorship rates

The conference offers the possibility of sponsoring one of the events that will take place during the conference.

Logo on the website

• Platinum Sponsor 1500 €

• Gold Sponsor 1000 €

• Silver Sponsor 500 €

Includes the presence of the company's logo on the front page of the website among the sponsors of the event.

Plenary sessions sponsorship

• Sponsorship for each plenary session: 1500 €

Includes the presence of a roll-up of the company in the presentation and the Silver logo on the website of the event.

Gala dinner sponsorship

• Exclusive Gala Dinner: 6750 €

• Gala dinner shared between two sponsors: 3375€.

Includes the presence of the company's roll-up, the Platinum logo on the event's website and the delivery of the company's publicity with the congress material.

Meal Sponsorship

• Meal Sponsorship day Wed/Thu/Fri: 3000€ per day chosen

Includes the presentation of the company at the beginning of the sponsored meal and the Platinum logo on the event's website.

Coffee break Sponsorship

• Coffee Sponsorship day Wed/Thu/Fri: 1800€ per chosen day

Includes the presentation of the company at the beginning of the coffee and the Gold logo on the event's website.

Sponsorship of the welcome aperitif

• Sponsorship Aperitif Wednesday : 1350€.

Includes the presence of the company's roll-up during the aperitif and the Gold logo on the event's website.

Deliverables

• Delivery of product or company brochures to the participants together with the documentation and accreditation of the congress: 1000€.

Exhibitor/stand space

• Price for the three days of the congress: 2000€.

Included with all sponsorships of more than or equal to 2000€.

Voluntary sponsorship

If there is interest in any collaboration not listed in this dossier, the congress organizing committee is open to any free sponsorship suggestion.
